NPR (All Things Considered, 6/19/09) did a story on father Jordan Monroe that just realized what his mother and grandmother did to his father devaluing the worth that a father brings to the life of a child.  His Ex started doing the same things to him and his relationship with his daughter.  Many parents do not realize they alienate their children and that their children will repeat this alienating behavior in the future.  We need to break this cycle of alienating abuse that damages and hurts children.  Children need both parents involved equally in their lives.
