Maybe we could have logos made with this message "Trial by Jury is
Required by the Constitution" (since the US is not a democracy.
After all whether in family court or elsewhere, the bane of our
issues is the dictate of the judge and absence of jury of one's peers.

Last February, 72 year old Ray Lovett was assaulted by two
Sheriff's Officers at Blacktown Local Court.
He was wearing a "TRIAL BY JURY IS DEMOCRACY" T-shirt.
He was man-handled by the Sheriff's Officers and pushed out into
the street - causing his to fall into a 40 cm high vertical steel
post and a plastic barracade. Bleeding and shaken, he was taken to
Blacktown Hospital by ambulance and released later the same afternoon.
Immediately before the assault, a "Magistrate" had ordered that I
be removed from the Court by the Sheriffs because I Challenged the
Jurisdiction of the Court, when he was trying to bulldozer summarily
over a C.A.N. (Court Attendance Notice).
Ray walked out with me to the foyer area where I told the
Sheriff's Officers that I wanted to order a tape of the proceeding.
While I went to the Registry desk, Ray stayed in the foyer. The
Sheriff ordered Ray to leave. He was not doing anything ....and was
not the one the "Magistrate" said to be removed.
He and I we wearing the T-shirts....the same T-shirt that John
Bauskis was imprisoned for for 14 days by a "Judge" of the NSW
Supreme Court.
The NSW Police at Blacktown refused to prosecute and we have filed
a Summons against the Sheriff of NSW and the State of New South
Wales. The Crown Solicitor and a "Judge" (Mr. Hoeben) of the NSW
Supreme Court have been trying all the delaying and perverting tricks
they can come up with to deter us.
A Subpoena for the video of the incident, we wanted filed
initially with the Summons, was rejected by the Registrar ...but was
finally filed. However, instead of obeying the Subpoena and producing
the video from the eleven cameras that would have recorded the scene,
they gave us one single sequence barely showing Ray to one side in a
series of staccato images. Even a Policeman, Constable Haynes, when
he saw what the Sheriff's Office provided, said, "That's unusual." He
was told that none of the other cameras were working.
This coming Friday, we'll be back at the Supreme Court, Queen's
Square, Sydney, demanding that a Jury be empanelled....but they want
the "Judge" to decide whether or not to allow Trial by Jury..... a
Notice of Motion begging a "Judge" for a Jury..
?? We have filed
just such a Notice of Motion - purely to take away that particular
(and totally illegal) "Uniform Civil Procedure Rules" excuse for
delaying and denying Justice.
For many reasons, they want Ray to give up in
frustration.......but that's not going to happen.
This act of mindless brutality will blow their whole rotten empire
away.
We're going to expose their criminality and treachery...because
we're going to tell the Truth, the whole Truth and nothing but the
Truth.....and we're going to have a Fully Informed Jury.
