The woman in the video read some Articles from the UCMJ manual and now professes to be an expert! What a joke. When has the military ever given someone a year in jail or a dishonerable discharge for patronizing a prostitute in this country or overseas. It will in almost all cases be handled with an NJP. If it is an add-on charge from more serious offenses then it could play a factor in a discharge but not as the sole reason. The military is doing CYA on the whole thing. Yes, the DOD requires human rights training before going overseas on leave or for official business but that is all lip service. The training is online and a joke. If they only knew the truth.

Listen, The sex trade has been around the Military for MILLINIA. The Romans would forgoe a Denai for 15 minutes of a womans time. The trade follows the military, we don't follow the trade. Please don't act as if this is something new or just recognized, this is an international industry. Many a woman has found her spouse through these means, it is the way things are. There is not an indication that the Armed Forces are involved in 'Human Trafficking' and they cannot be held accountable if such a thing is happening. Human Trafficking is would bea Civilian Issue, not a Military Issue.

I wholeheartedly agree that "aberrant behavior" such as sex with a minor in any country, or bestiality, or outright rape (provable, forcible, non-consensual sex) should be punished to the fullest extent of the laws of both the country of visitation or occupation, as well as the UCMJ. Outside of that, what is a meaningful punishment for the spouse of an active military member whose sexual activities demean the esprit de corps of the military member? How many members have become suicidal and/or homicidal knowing that the spouse has cheated on them and destroyed the family that they so wanted to come home to, and need for moral support while they are away serving our country? An agreement broken in matrimony is usually irrevocable and destructive to the morale of both parties, and the effects scar one forever.

Sounds like Diana is a bit too infatuated with dictation, control and the "Nanny State"....going so far as to command people to "be nice or don't comment".

I am neither nice nor one to be told to shut up....and I defy you, Diana. The last thing I will do is allow the "Nanny State" to control what I decide to do in my life whether immoral or moral. I don't need you patronizing me (you call it educating) to make my own life choices. It is not your concern whether I "think before I act" or not and your message, posture and opinions really only annoy . It truly sounds more like you have resentments of some kind and some personal trust issues.

@Roesbusch - After living in Western & Eastern Europe as a civilian 17+ years I had to ask myself the same question. Diana obviously hasn't spent much time in Europe. Prostitution is legal in most of the EU. Like legalizing marijuana strips the black market of much of its criminal involvement, so to does legalized prostitution. The market is so regulated, taxed and saturated with willing and legal prostitutes (they even have their own union and draw pensions when they retire) that it simply does not make sense to pay $15.000 to buy and import a women from Belarus to Germany to force her to work as a prostitute.

Naturally, this does not mean that children are not being traded in this way. If this was the argument and the actual problem then I think everyone would agree that her passion would be most befitting.

Instead, Diana represents men with words like, "the lustful husband wanting the hot girl next door" and so forth. I think she is offensive and should take a look deeper inside herself to see where this need to demonize men and her desire to exact consequences comes from. When the game is fair....everything willing and legal....there are no victims.

I wonder what, if anything, she has to say about the legal unionized hookers that ply their trade. Or is it strictly the bashing of men with her?
