The Monterey County District Attorney's Office said Henry B. Reed Jr.'s probation terms require him to pay child support, seek and maintain employment and report his job search efforts to the DCSS.
An alert child support officer recently saw Reed working as a truck driver and used a cell phone camera to snap a picture. Reed owes more than $200,000 in past due child support and interest in three different California counties.

EL PASO, Texas -- For people who owe child support and refuse to pay, the county tax assessor has a way of getting them to do so.
"If you go in and renew your license plate right now and you owe money for child support, he nabs you," said El Paso County Commissioner Dan Haggerty.
It means the person who owes for child support can't register their car until they pay the fine.
