Today Dr. Tadros told Judge Bloom he did not want him as his Judge, could not serve him well as his Judge, and told him he would take his case to the Supreme Court for the "Public Good."
For the "Public Good" Dr. Tadros asked Bloom to leave his case and asked that he allow him discovery and to argue against the Anti-Slapp or he would take it to the Supreme Court. If it were not for the 92 signatures for the Public Good he would not have had this angle to pry Judge Bloom with.
What happened?
Dr. Tadros was expecting to be told how much he would pay Stephen Doyne for suing him, afterall three Judges denied Tadros's Writ days ago.
What happened?
Judge Bloom is going to allow Dr. Tadros Discovery and to argue against the Anti-Slapp, for one hour only!!!
Please attend the hearing, IT IS FOR THE PUBLIC GOOD! That is the point of today's graces in court and the point as to why you should show up on April 15!!!
For the Public Good. Come show Judge Bloom you care about the Families and the Children, come show Judge Bloom you do not approve of Doyne's conduct and misdeeds.
