Black Hawk County's town of Waterloo Iowa not only gets a blast of CRISPE, but also an appearance from Mr. Crime Fighter himself, Spiderman. Spiderman appeared because of sensing injustice and crimes going on in the Black Hawk County Court House.

The Iowa Fathers group and several other people rallied outside of the courthouse to impeach one of their Judges,  Judge Stigler, who has a track record of making bad and bias decisions.  One egregious example is that of taking a child from a fit and loving dad and placing the child with the mother who committed a sexual crime with a 12 year old....

The rally continued all day and several other cars stopped by to come forward with more vital information about Judge Stigler’s bad decisions. The CRISPE bus, Spiderman and rest of the large crowd attracted the two local television stations and the local newspaper.  Mr. CRISPE made another appearance on TV and got to explain how important it is for equal shared parenting in all divorces, with the exception of cases of proven abuse, which should have supervised visitations only.

Congratulations Iowa for standing up for the real "best interest of the child".

Even presidential candidate Dr. Mark Klein made an appearance to show his concerns of the destruction of family court.  Mr. Klein said if he was president, he would make it a presumption of equal shared parenting for all fit and willing parents and get rid of the federal funding that supports the bias and bad decisions that are made in family courts today.

Dr. Klein also said that he believes this destruction of our families because of federal Title IV-D money incentives are the cause of all the ills in society today.  Social and community issues such as - gangs, school violence, teen pregnancy, suicides, high dropouts, and other social destruction's.

We must stop the war in family court and stop using our children as pawns for greed, revenge and money. Equal Shared Parenting will do this. Both parents must be equally involved to give our children the balance needed for their development into productive, psychologically stable adults.

Did you know Mr. Klein was a psychologist?  Maybe he knows more about what is best for our children's growth and development than our attorneys who are driven by money.

What do you think?

Wow, it was great to hear at least one of our president candidates is concerned about our children, and is educated enough to understand the destruction going on in family court is destroying our children and the future of America.
