The CRISPE Bus was in Sacramento today to participate in "A Day With California Legislators". Traveling to Sacramento with victims of parental alienation, lost child custody, and other forms of family abuse, these victims attended a meeting sponsored by a women's rights group that believes because of the "potential" abuse of a few women, shared custody to all should be denied. This was the longest journey for CRISPE, and based on its success, the first of many. And the first time to a State Capitol. CRISPE is the new Family Abuse Terminator! Watch out Sacramento, CRISPE says "I'll be back!" The CRISPE bus was seen very favorably in Sacramento. Time was spent at the Capitol and at the local courthouse. Our visit to the courthouse downtown created many calls to our office. We were noticed and will be a memory to Sacramento for quite some time. If you would like to see CRISPE at one of your events, contact Larry or Harry at

The trip to Sacramento was a success. Our goal was to participate in meetings being sponsored by a women's group that was opposed to shared parenting and a group that is working on the premise that anyone looking for sharing custody of their children is only wanting to continue to have control and access to their children to continue abusive behavior towards their former partner. Oh course, this can happen, but recognizing this is the exception and not the rule here, it seems preposterous to base our laws on that. Needless to say, they had surprise visitors at their meetings (The CRISPE Crew), and we got our word in more than edgewise.
