The big purple bus made several appearances, finding front row parking at several family court houses so judges, attorneys and other staff members could get a good look at what is really best for our children. Several concerned men, and women stopped by for information with hope that our courts would be reformed. One of our ground troops holding a sign was a lady who was a victim of parent alienation herself and said that it is horrible child abuse. She said how her mother brain washed her at 11 or 12 years of age saying her father was a drunk, violent and would sexually abuse her denying her to see her dad. By the time she was 15 she chose to see her father to find out he was a wonderful dad and all what her mother said was false. Now she is very close to her father as he is a wonderful dad and now grand parent Another highlight of the week was James White announcing himself running for governor in 2008. James chose to use the Crispe bus parked out in front of Everett's Family Court House as the place to make his announcement. Media showed up to get his speech out to all the local people. As Governor he wants to restore justice in out court system, make Equal Shared Parenting the default position in family court, to stop the family war and our kids being used like pawns for financial gain. False accusers need to be held accountable as well as the professionals that support them. According to Mr. White, families are being destroyed today because of the court system and there must be reform. White also mention that he wants to concentrate on government waste, environment issues, high gas prices and much more. |

CRISPE Bus in front of Safeco Field, Home of the Mariners in Seattle, Washington The CRISPE bus is rolling through the Pacific Northwest and family courts are taking notice. CRISPE rallied representatives from six different organizations in portland and Vancouver. Washington Civil Rights Council, The Other Parent, Kids Need Both Parents, Washington Shared Parents, Fathers-4-Justice, and Parents without Rights. It was fabulous to see all the different organizations coming together with the same goal in mind, equal shared parenting and 50/50 shared custody to be the default presumption after divorce. This is truly the best interest of our children. Larry Kerkman, President of CRISPE did multiple TV, radio, and newspaper interviews. One very memorable interview was with Jim Winston and Kids Need Both Parents on a Portland cable TV talk show. The interview was slotted for only 30 minutes, due to the mass of interest of viewers, it was extended to the full length of 60 minutes. The show will will airing this summer and we will put a link on http://www.crispe.org/blog so that you will be able to see it soon. The big purple CRISPE bus is being seen by hundreds of thousands of people all up and down the I-5 in Oregon and Washington. People are visiting our website by the thousands each hour. People are concerned that the family courts are destroying our children's futures. Children who are now adults, who have grown up as products of this system are contacting us and speaking out about the abusive family courts. This broken and abusive system is everybody's problem. No child asks to live in a one parent home. Both parents need to be involved in raising their children equally. Get involved and take action today. Be a hero to our children and join us is our grass roots movement to reform the family courts NOW!
(CRISPE, with a hard “E”), is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to ensuring that children of divorce or separation have access to both parents equally. Please donate to CRISPE today and help make equal shared parenting a reality. The coach is now touring the United States. CRISPE at the Padres game this Tuesday! This Tuesday, June 19, 2007 @ 7:05 P.M. CRISPE is going to Padres vs. Baltimore game. 50 free tickets were donated through the Padres by Wells Fargo, ViaSat, and Nokia for children and non custodial parents who can't normally afford to go to games due to lack of funds. This would give many children the opportunity for the first time to see and experience what a major league baseball game is like. The Padres will also be displaying information about CRISPE throughout the game on the digital display boards scattered around the park, including the big video screens. From our seats in section 320 upper level. we'll have an 8' x 30" CRISPE banner that will be waving. Not to mention that Channel 4's cameras will be zooming into our seats twice during the game making it a memorable experience for the children. If you are interested in attending the Padres game and sitting with us in section 320, please make inquiries to Kevin Young @ (619) 840-5873. Also don't forget to bring your CRISPE shirts and if you or your children don't have a CRISPE shirt and need one, please contact Harry Crouch @ (619) 231-1909. We look forward to seeing you at the ballgame on Tuesday evening, June 19, 2007.
